Vintage Wood Sign - Insurance Co of North America - Gold on Mahogany

For sale is the pictured wood sign for The Insurance Company of North America in Philadelphia.  It is has a thin wooden frame and the body of the sign is also wood, upon which the advertisement has been painted.  The color of the background is mahogany, but I am unsure as the actual species of the wood.  Please look closely at pictures for the best understanding of condition.
Overall size is 26" x 14".
