Vintage Pepsi Soda Pop Advertising Battery Operated Wall Clock.
The clock has been used and there are several scuffs and scratches on the plastic.  These don't show up well in the photos.
The clock measures approximately 14.5" x 18.25" x 2.75".
A new battery has been installed and the clock is working.
