Vintage Notary Public Sign United States Fidelity Baltimore MD

Vintage Notary Public Sign, says "Bonded By United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. Baltimore, MD."   Sign has some rust on it, some black stuff on it which might be something like tar or paint, some wrinkles and bends.  I don't know exactly how old it is, it came from an old newspaper and printing office.  Sign measures 8 inches by 3-1/2 inches.
