Up for sale a I.W. Harper Whiskey 86 proof Gift Bottle Decanter. Circle pattern. Marked on the bottom with Date bottle made, distiller #, and prohibition warning. In the prohibition era the Feds put a warning not to reuse bottles to discourage filling bottles with Moonshine. So Interesting. You won't see this embossed on modern bottles. User google permit numbers  squarespace has a list of Numbers that coincide with early bottles.
