    Description

    Neat piece for either a celluloid pin back collector or a record collector. Neat 1910s-1920s RCA Victor Victrola pad brush, I believe this was to clean your records but not sure. The fabric must have been wool as some of it has been eaten by moths. Overall great shape. It measures 3 1/2” across.
