This Darling Valentine features A "Just Married - Honey Moon" Theme
Also the spare tire is a fold out red crepe paper fan with a small clip
Cow bells and old shoes are tied to the bumper. Super Romantic greeting that says:

It is signed on the back with 1943 in pencil and "Made in USA" is printed on the front bottom right corner.
