Victor Talking Machine Phonograph - VV-VI

FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. It doesn't work. I'm selling it as non-working, for parts or repair. It has scratches, blemishes, flaws, imperfections, nicks, dings, damage, etc. The bottom panel is loose and isn't attached securely. It's missing a knob on one of the cabinet doors and may be missing other parts and pieces as well so I'm selling it as incomplete. It's dirty and could use some cleaning.
Someone put a coat of polyurethane (or something similar) on it before I got it. The problem is that it doesn't seem like it dried correctly or fully. I has a slight bit of stickiness (or tackiness) in places - although it's not too sticky or anything. The other problem is that it has an odor to it like oil based polyurethane (or stain or something similar). I believe that it's probably not going to fully dry so the finish will probably need to be sanded down and removed and then redone - however this is only my opinion - I'm not an expert on polyurethane and stain. But regardless of what needs to be done - it's going to need some work to get rid of the odor.
It weighs approx. 30 1/2 lbs.
