    This is a very collectible music phonograph.  There is minimal wear to the finish. There are extra needles.  The handle turns to make it play music.
    Since, it doesn't work, I think it needs a belt or whatever makes it turn when would up.  We are selling this "as is."  Others are selling a similar machine for a couple grand.  If you think you can fix it, then buy it.
