Description

This a very fine antique Victor Talking Machine that is one of the early pieces that Vicor Company has made.It comes with a handle that when turned the plate start turning.It comes with original horn with Victor tag on it.It has 2 metal plaques that reads:FROM SHERMAN CLAY & CO SAN FRANCISCO.On the other plaque it reads:VICTOR MADE BY VICTOR TALKING MACHINE TYPE M 18855 .It has a metal post that the horn sits on it.on the top it has 1 pin knob that one is for  Slow or Fast?This phonograph shows the age that may be only thing is missing is the needle.There is also a paper tag on the bottom that reads :Don't sell this less than .00 and it is dated:March 1st, 1902.We opened that and the machine has 2 springs and yellow tag that reads:SHERMAN,CLAY & CO "VICTOR " Talking Machine and Records CompleteStock. Always on Hand WRITE FOR CATALOGUE .Stamps on the silver cylinders is
rubbing-off.The Type is:M 18855 that reads on the front metal plaque
