    Description

    This is an early Railroad Bond from the 'Vernon, Greensburgh & Rushville Railroad Company.' Issued in 1880, printed by American Bank Note. The bond portion only (withouth the coupons) measures about 11" x 16.5". It looks exactly like the one pictured but is certificate number 98. It has the original, even folds and is in generally clean condition.
