    Description

    Here we have a magnificent authentic bronze Pan vessel dating to Eastern Zhou or Warring States period of ancient China. Size including handles is 7 inches x 2 inches. There is no damage or restoration and it has an excellent patina. Anyone with a good knowledge of ancient Chinese bronzes will already recognise that it is original but for those who still need reassurance I will include the purchase receipt from the previous owner (name obscured in photo to protect their privacy) dating back to 1999 when it was bought for 900 pounds. For anyone who is alarmed at the starting price I suggest you take a look at what prices similar vessels are selling for in top level auctions these days,or just find a cheaper hobby.
