The framed print weighs 1 pounds 12 ounces before packing, so, with lots of padding and sturdy PRIORITY MAIL BOX insured , it will ship at the USPS 2+ to 3 pound rate for your location.
As stated in the “CONDITION “ part of the listing, the lithograph print has no visible damage. The original frame shows finish wear . Please examine and enlarge photos to see the frame wear. The back has some old tape repair to the original labeled backing.

C. Bosseron Chambers”,
who painted a huge number of religious Catholic paintings, so much so that he became known as “THE NORMAN ROCKWELL OF CATHOLIC ART”. One of the most common being young Jesus as “THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD”. This St Theresa print is more on the rare side. He also painted portraits of many celebrities from which prints were made. Most done in 1920’s
There no copyright date visible at bottom of the lithograph, but it is possible you might find one covered by the frame.
The frame measures 13 inches X 10 1/2 inches .
The print and glass inside measures 11 1/2 inches X 9 inches.
