Rare trout fish panel on base night light tv lamp fishermans ? all metal painted

Rare old table lamp or night lamp just perfect for the fisherman
it's all metal - metal base with long light bulb with an on/off switch and older cord
could not see any markings to see who made this - two screws to take the base off to change bulb
front of the fish is painted - probably a trout jumping out of water with a lily and lily pad
back and base are brown - back of fish still has the relief detail
the base measures 11" long x 3" deep and overall to top of fin it's 9" tall
it's quite old but intact - has some paint chips and loss - overall good condition
I could not find another fish like this to get more information so if you have it would love to hear it
