Rare: Framed House of David Advertising Poster Benton Harbor Michigan 1920's

"House of David Publications" " Shilohs Messenger of Wisdom"
I got this from a longtime HoD collector who was from that area and friends with some of the old members.
He said this was done in their print shop to advertise their publications and what they could do for printing styles, and was framed there as well.
Frame
measures approximately 32x18.5", it looks like red oak to me, but I'm not sure.
Glass and Frame all look original, probably late 1920's, possibly a little later.
There is a small tear in the paper in the upper left and what looks like some water damage in the lower left.
Due to the size & glass shipping will be a little expensive.
