Description
This is a first issue of a limited addition of 1200 Clem-Harvey Spirits. The decanter is made of porcelain and has a cowboy hat for the stopper. The bottle has Square dancers with the State of Washington in the background. Gold trim and Do-Sa-Do.Measures the decanter is 8" tall & 9 1/2" tall with hat x it is 1 3/4" wide at lip and 4 1/2" at widest ring and 3 7/8" wide at base, with the hat being 3 5/8" long x 2 5/8" wide.

The condition is Gold trim is faded and spotty throughout, bottom ring is best and a broken off was supposed to be a cork stopper, so just remnants of and the bottom underside there are 2 nicks that are unnoticeable standing flat.
The hat has a 1/16" factory pop in the glaze on top and a smaller one just about to pop. But there are no other nicks, chips or cracks and no liquor either!! There is tape residue left on the bottle as to hold the hat on the top.. I cleaned most off with no liquid as to keep the labels still attached.
This is in honor of the Senate Bill 2015 passing April 17, 1979.

THE SQUARE DANCE--OFFICIAL STATE DANCE
AN ACT Relating to the naming of a state dance; and adding a new section to chapter 1.20 RCW.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Washington:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. There is added to chapter 1.20 RCW a new section to read as follows:
The square dance is designated as the official dance of the state of Washington..
