Pair of Antique Chinese Red Lacquered Cinnabar Vases with Scenes of Figures
This listing is for a pair of Chinese vases dating to the late 19th to early 20th century. The vases display beautiful reserves of figures around the outside surrounded by vines and key fret work. There are leaves accenting the neck and lappets around the foot. They each stand about 12.75" tall. Both vases with some loss to the black finish on the interior of the neck and the foot of one. One vase has had the top rim bent and there is an areas of loss and cracking to the carved decoration on the raised center ring in the middle of the neck. this section has been pictured for accuracy. 12ao17
