.  Of the plates I'm listing, this is the most difficult to obtain.  These are issued to the tribes, then transferred from vehicle to vehicle until physically worn out, or replaced by a new series.  At one time, every tribe in Oklahoma used this type of plate for their vehicles.  Now, only four tribes continue to use them.  There is STRICT guidance regarding either the return or destruction of these tags.  This is the current series; with five prior series or types going back to 1982.  If you don't understand what these are, I would suggest you're not ready to be adding one to your collection.  And if you're really interested, do some research...learn why it's so special.  Please see condition description and photos for further details.  Thank you!
