A report must be made within  5 business days of delivery for damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise.
Please thoroughly inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process with the shipping vendor.
To receive full credit on your order, all original components must be returned with the order. If the return arrives in any condition other than the original condition with which the order was shipped a 10% restocking fee will be applied. A 10% restocking fee will also be applied to all buyers remorse returns that have been opened and used with returns reasons being 'changed my mind' 'just didn't like the item' or 'found a better price'.
