(Whetstone of forgotten origin). I believe this is a Nakayama, Okudo, or Ohira. A batch of old stock from Japan private retailer. Whetstone has not been tested. Seems like a very hard stone. It's probably a 5++ - 5+++. It has many scratches, and an uneven surface. Requires repair before use!
