Group of 14 Original Oklahoma license plates including 3 Police/Fire& Bicentenn.

Description

This is a group of fourteen (14) Oklahoma license plates.
One of the plates is a relatively rare 1976 Bicentennial plate that is in very good condition. This plate was obviously only produced in 1976 for the U.S. Bicentennial.
Four (4) of the plates are dated 1977.
There are two (2) blue and white ones, one of which is in fairly rough shape. The other one is in very good shape. I believe those color plates were issued in 1979 but they both have a1980 sticker on them. As I recall, the State gave people a 1980 sticker to put on their1979 plates.
There are three (3) tax exempt license plates dated 1979 that are consecutively numbered. They are in very good/excellent condition. It is my understanding that these plates with a capital E inside a triangle were only issued to POLICE/SHERIFF/FIRE vehicles. So these are relatively rare plates that are difficult to find.
