We use the best quality materials and printing techniques:
Lexan Polycarbonate.
Polycarbonate was developed for use in hostile environments. NASA uses polycarbonate on space helmets. The Air Force uses polycarbonate for windshields and visors. The NFL and AFL uses polycarbonate for football helmets.
The
VELCRO® BRAND FASTENER we use has the highest quality acrylic-based adhesive glue and is able to withstand extremely hot climates. HOOK SIDE ON THE BACK OF THE PATCH ONLY, WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE LOOP SIDE . HOOK SIDE ON BACK OF PATCH ONLY, WE DO NOT SUPPLY THE LOOP SIDE.

Matt Surface.
PcX patches come with a Matt surface to cut down on possible glare.  In addition to cutting down glare the Matt surface prevents fingerprints and scratches, and prolongs the life of your patches (which can take a lot of abuse).
