You are bidding on a framed color print
of Saint John Bosco (Don Bosco) surrounded
by a group of young boys.
This painting is a great depiction of the saint’s
life work—helping children in need.  He created
several organizations dedicated to helping
children.
St. John Bosco is known as the saint
of apprentices, editors and publishers,
schoolchildren, magicians and juvenile
delinquents.
The painting  appears to be from the 1920’s-1930s,
judging
from the clothes the children are wearing
and the age of the frame.
There are a few scuffs on the frame.
The picture measures 12 1/2” wide by 20 1/2” long.
There appears to be some discoloration on the border
which surrounds the picture.
There is some age-related discoloration on the print.
