THIS IS FOR A PAIR OF DOOR PANELS for a TWO door E36, coupe or convertible.
If you own an E36, chances are you have dealt with dreaded door panel issues of deterioration and falling apart. If you have a track car, even better. These door panels are made from 0.060″ aluminum and feature a door handle cut out, as well as a series of 3/16″ holes to mount them. These are our cheaper option for your two door E36. We also offer a boxed PREMIUM version that allows for more clearance for your window motor, and the option of having speaker holes cut in them. These flat panels will fit a 94-99 E36, and will lightly touch your window motor.
On 93 and older E36 models, the window motor will interfere with this door panel, and create a bulge, therefore it is necessary to purchase our boxed PREMIUM panels instead.
The E36 door does not have many places to mount a door panel to, but these holes locate great mounting locations for your choice of fastener, though fasteners are not included. Many choose to install these panels with nutserts for easy removal in the future. The mounting holes do not disturb the factory mounting holes, so you can revert to factory panels at any time. The panels will be shipped in an unfinished, raw aluminum finish.
