Antique VICTOR TALKING MACHINE 1902 Type R (Royal) Victrola Serial Number 25356
.  I don't know a thing about these machines and how they work, but this one does not play.  There is no arm and needle.  Turntable moves fine.   Metal Crank has a wooden handle.   I have not tried to crack it.   I don't know what else it will need to be repaired/restored to get it back into working condition.   I don't know how to take it apart to open it up inside.   It looks like I would need to take out the screws from the top to do this and they do not look like they have ever been removed.   It is very heavy.   The oak wood has the original finish but it has dulled from storage.  The metal areas have light oxidation/rust.   There is one nick to the wood base of cabinet (see pics).   Size of wood case is 9 1/2" x 10 1/4".
The original metal Tin Horn is included with the phonograph machine.   It has the original black paint that shows wear consistent to age/use/storage.
Please take a look at all the photos to see the finish and decide what you will have to replace to restore it.   It is selling in as found AS IS condition.   It will make a wonderful addition to your Victrola Collection!!
I have another antique Victrola and a Horn listed in other auctions!
I will ship in two boxes by Priority Mail, Fed Ex. or you can do a local pick up to save on shipping costs.  Pick up will be in Bridgeport, Ohio in an easy to find location.   Thank you!  If you have any questions, please ask and I will try my best to answer them.
If there is any overage on postage, I will refund it to you.   Thanks!!

I've had someone ask about the winding of this phonograph and if the turntable would move.   I did wind it by my fingers and it winds up and the turntable moves smoothly.  The little brake mechanism works on the side and will stop it and once released, it starts spinning again.
