    Description

    Rare antique Greek box from the 1800s
    for snuff
    in sterling silver decorated with cloisonné enamels
    and set the typical Greek eyes (evil eyes)
    the box is certainly from the 19th century
    even if it has small punches inside that I have not been able to identify
    I'm sure it's of Ottoman Greek origin
    the silver has been tested and is at a high titer between 900 and 925
    measures 5 x 3.5 x 2 cm
    The box closes very well and although it has some lacks in the enamel it looks very good, compatibly with age
