Signed by Father Joseph F Stedman this appears to be a artistic document of membership as a Nun into the church.  The picture here is beautiful.  The seal on the paper is from the church of the Precious Blood in New York.  Stedman was the director there at the time this document was signed in October of 1937.
The framed picture measures 20"x19".
