    bsolutely Stunning Early Sign from The Catskill Mountains that reads " TO THE PLAATERKILL GORGE AND FALLS "
    Amazing surface on this antique wooden sign.
    Large size measuring approx 43 1/2'' x 16 1/2'' x 1 1/2'' thick.
    Very well made with original eyelets on the top for easy hanging and also modern hangers on the back for easy wall mount.
    Great authentically aged painted surfaced. Zoom up and notice the details, this sign is well preserved and was with the same families estate since the 1920s. The sign probably dates around the mid 1800s is our guess.
    A true antique and wonderful piece of Catskill Mountain History. This is a a very rare one of a kind sign.
