36 Vintage Children's Valentines Day Cards by Cleo & Some Die Cut 50s? 60s?

Here's a mix of Vintage Children's Valentines Day Cards. (36 total cards)
23 of them are by Cleo and must be more recent because they have a UPC code on the wrapper.
The other 13 cards are very cute and must be from the 50s 60s or possibly the 70s? I'm not an expert so I'll let the buyer confirm the dates.
What is for sure is that the cards are fun. "We'll have a bang up time!" and "Choo Choo you are my Valentine". "I'm coasting to your heart".
I see the teacher card has some lines of ink on it (see photos).
The other cards are new, may have some yellowing due to age. I'm including envelopes, but they also have yellowing and are of various sizes, which I'll let you figure out whether they fit.
